The Two P’s: Pierogies and PJs

Happy holidays from my family to yours! As usual we kept our Polish Christmas Eve tradition alive and made pierogies and mushroom borscht.

We are back from Cuba and getting settled back into life and wifi access, stay tuned for Cuba posts!

Recipe for the salmon app:

Cut cucumbers in 1/4 inch slices

Add room temp cream cheese to cucumber – any amount you desire!

Add smoked salmon

And top with black pepper, chopped dill, and lemon!
