We are exactly one week from Bird Day. To clarify I mean Thanksgiving. There are two types of cooks out there right now: those who prepared, and those who are reading this post and just now realized that Thanksgiving is in a week and are freaking out.
I am here to help the latter of the two. I have a very, very simple Apple dessert to share with you for your table from Half Baked Harvest. The recipe is for mini pecan butter apple rose tarts. This recipe does not call for a crust with dough but instead tortilla, the first part that makes this so simple.
