This weekend I decided to go hard in the kitchen, let me explain. The first labor intensive task was these awesome sticky buns pictured. The second was mincing 24 garlic cloves by hand; I learned the value of a garlic press really quickly.
The positive part though was enjoying these lovely buns Saturday morning! Though they took a decent amount of time they were not very difficult to make. These are perfect for a cool winters morning! The sticky oozing caramel, with the yeasty dough and the toasted pecans just melts in your mouth.
Oh and the garlic was for mashed potatoes, not the sticky buns—figured I should clarify that.
